課(ke)程介紹  INTRODUCE四天課(ke)程  MTP全名--Management Training Program,中文翻譯名稱為:管理(li)才能發展課(ke)程。起源于(yu)美國(guo),第二次(ci)世界大戰以后(1950年(nian)左(zuo)右),由(you)美國(guo)傳入日(ri)(ri)(ri)本(ben),當時(shi)是(shi)(shi)作(zuo)為訓(xun)練美國(guo)駐日(ri)(ri)(ri)本(ben)空軍基地(di)當地(di)督導(dao)(dao)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教材。1955年(nian),日(ri)(ri)(ri)本(ben)通產省、勞(lao)動省和日(ri)(ri)(ri)經(jing)聯(lian)組織了(le)專門從事在(zai)企(qi)業內推廣MTP教育訓(xun)練的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)唯一(yi)機(ji)構,即日(ri)(ri)(ri)本(ben)產業訓(xun)練協會。MTP的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)架構與精神是(shi)(shi):基于(yu) 「以人為本(ben)」作(zuo)為出發點(dian),以 「對(dui)人性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)了(le)解、尊(zun)重」為考慮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)點(dian),用「科學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)」為骨架,所(suo)開(kai)發的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實踐管理(li)課(ke)程。并且,將管理(li)者(zhe)定位為「組織目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)、目標(biao)、業績(ji)提升」之(zhi)(zhi)達成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)擔當者(zhe), MTP課(ke)程所(suo)欲培育的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乃是(shi)(shi)專業實務干部(bu)。MTP的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)法(fa)亦非常獨特(te),采取 「會議指導(dao)(dao)法(fa)」,對(dui)于(yu)企(qi)業經(jing)營(ying)團隊共(gong)識之(zhi)(zhi)形成極有(you)幫(bang)助,比如說: 一(yi)開(kai)始就提出「管理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)定義是(shi)(shi)什么(me)?」, 讓平常都在(zai)執行(xing)管理(li)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)管們,共(gong)同思考甚么(me)才是(shi)(shi)管理(li)?管理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)什么(me)?要管些甚么(me)?需產出些甚么(me)?透過集體思考,經(jing)驗交流(liu),針對(dui)平日(ri)(ri)(ri)管理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)想法(fa)做法(fa)重新檢(jian)核,加上(shang)講師的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專業引導(dao)(dao),形成堅(jian)實有(you)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)共(gong)識,導(dao)(dao)引整個團隊有(you)效(xiao)發揮力(li)量,邁向經(jing)營(ying)目標(biao)。MTP教材不僅在(zai)日(ri)(ri)(ri)本(ben)國(guo)內經(jing)久不衰,在(zai)韓國(guo)、臺灣(wan)、馬來西亞等地(di)也普(pu)遍受(shou)到(dao)好評,其中最大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)由(you)是(shi)(shi)通過MTP的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習,管理(li)人員能夠統一(yi)意識,自覺推動企(qi)業內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各種改善(shan)改革活(huo)動,調動員工的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)...
